At this time, we have been overwhelmed with the numbers of inquiries, requests for tours, new builds and resales.  At this point we're at 100% capacity.

We do have a waiting list which is growing and not many resales come up in any event. If you're interested in either a resale or one of the few remaining new builds, please download the following forms and then schedule an appointment to tour (currently booking about 45 days in advance, yes, it's that busy).  

 

Please fill and return the top row documents: Contact info and the Waiting List form.   You can then download and review two additional documents on the second row, the 'Policies and Procedure', the document that provides every bit of information we can think of to explain Oriole Park, how we manage, why we do what we do, the features, our policies, our agendas and the Land Lease Agreement.  These two documents won't be signed or returned until / if you move in, you just need to make sure this is what you're looking for.  In the meantime, you can be added to the waiting list. When you're ready to proceed, you can then request the Land Lease application from our office.  This requires a credit check, background check and references.
