Updated April 2021

Under the 'grey' health restrictions. the resort is currently closed to all visitors and guests for our protection and yours.   Due to the COVID-19 virus, we can still conduct restricted tours and showings.  Due to the overwhelming interest in Oriole Park, we are continuing to try to keep up with  these tours, sales and installations, wearing masks and gloves or sanitizing.  You cannot come on your own to 'walk around'.  Because of the tremendous increase in sales with both Oriole Park and General Coach, the manufacturer of our modular homes, any new orders will see a 9 - 12 month wait period, after application is approved to installation.

At this time, we have been overwhelmed with the numbers of inquiries, requests for tours, new builds and resales.  At this point we're at 96% capacity.  Any new builds yet to come in 2022 are all 'L' shaped, still 2 bdrm, 2 bath, but shaped around a tree, so 1,100 sf max, typically 1,000 sf.

We do have a waiting list which is growing and not many resales come up in any event. If you're interested in either a resale or one of the few remaining new builds, please download the following forms and then schedule an appointment to tour (currently booking about 45 days in advance, yes, it's that busy).

Please fill and return the top row documents: Contact info, the pre-approval Application and the Waiting List form.  You can then download and review two additional documents on the second row, the 'Policies and Procedure', the document that provides every bit of information we can think of to explain Oriole Park, how we manage, why we do what we do, the features, our policies, our agendas and the Land Lease Agreement.  These two documents won't be signed or returned until / if you move in, you just need to make sure this is what you're looking for.  In the meantime, you can be added to the waiting list.
